1. Fit Screening and Five-Day Trial
Initial fit screening and the five-day trial are based on the agreed scope and information available at the time. They may identify readiness, gaps, evidence or a possible closure path, but they are not a design approval, DFM/DFT sign-off, supplier qualification, quotation, certification, inspection, quality acceptance, or guarantee that an issue will be solved within five business days.
2. Customer Control and BLNKK’s Role
BLNKK may operate agreed supplier-qualification, build-readiness, and pilot-production workflows, but the customer retains product ownership, engineering authority, specifications, approvals, supplier decisions, purchase commitments, and final acceptance unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise. BLNKK is not the manufacturer or supplier of record and cannot eliminate the technical, quality, schedule, cost, regulatory, or market risks inherent in NPI.
3. Independent Third Parties
Suppliers, experts, laboratories, logistics providers, and other third parties are independent. BLNKK does not guarantee their statements, quotations, capacity, quality, delivery, compliance, or performance unless an applicable signed agreement expressly provides otherwise.
4. Illustrative Claims and Outcomes
Any examples, estimates, cost ranges, timelines, readiness observations, ecosystem claims, or expected outcomes are illustrative. Actual results depend on the product, documentation, volumes, requirements, supplier conditions, market, and other circumstances.
5. Sensitive Information
Do not submit trade secrets, export-controlled information, defense-restricted materials, regulated medical documentation, or other highly confidential or sensitive technical data through a public website form. BLNKK may require a secure process, compliance screening, and/or a separate written agreement before reviewing such information.
6. No Relationship Created by Website Use
Using this website, submitting an application, or receiving a preliminary response does not create a client, agency, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or manufacturing relationship.
